True Abundance
Wherever we place our energy is what happens to us. We are often unconscious about our creations. Most people on our planet are in survival mode. There are billions of us who do not know where the next meal is coming from. There are many of us who are addicted to the chemical reactions in our physicality from stressful living. It is a challenging time to be alive. We have given our power over to our material creations.
The problem is that we believe we are our physical body and mind. We fill them up with toxic food and thoughts. We believe that our outer world is more real than our inner world. It is because we spend nearly all of our time in our outer world and precious little on the inner. We are mismanaging our lives based on our past. It is almost impossible to change our world from this outer perspective.
Because we live in this false, old world reality, we spend much of our life energy in working, obtaining, selling, using and it wears us out. It is time to change. It is time to get in touch with who we really are. One of the most powerful ways is to meditate. When we meditate we find the true center of our being. A center that has no limitations, has no time, no space and is the most powerful place to be. In this place, we quiet the conscious mind and discover the ability to reduce the stress of planetary living.
Meditation leads to mindfulness. Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. A simple technique is focusing on your breath. Inhale through your nose and fill your belly and chest with oxygen to a comfortable count of 3. Exhale through your mouth, releasing the air slowly feeling your stomach contract to a count of 5 or 6. Modify it so it works best for you.
This is a way to accelerate our ability to create what we truly desire: love, peace, joy, caring, compassion and prosperity. When we live from here, we are totally abundant. Life will become a treasure and a pleasure. From my abundant heart to yours, Thomas
