Indispenzable
Our blog title tonight is a play on words. I am featuring a small amount of the transformational information that comes through Dr. Joe Dispenza. I am writing this tonight at 12:30 am Houston time, at the home of Lou Ann’s sister Marilyn Maxwell Royer. She graciously picked us up at the airport at 7:30 and then headed north to pick up our daughter Uma. The baggage handlers at the airport couldn’t unload her luggage because of a lightning storm. So here we are five hours later in her lovely home in between Houston and Galveston.
I first discovered Dr. Dispenza in the What The Bleep movie. That movie had many brilliant minds sharing what they understood about consciousness. Dr. Dispenza was no exception.. In fact, for me, his explanation of spiritual concepts which had been confusing to me, were made crystal clear.
I have shared with you before in this blog. It is called “I create my day.” Here is what Dr. Dispenza shared: “So if we’re consciously designing our destiny, and if we’re consciously from a spiritual standpoint throwing in with the idea that our thoughts can affect our reality or affect our life — because reality equals life — then I have this little pact that I have when I create my day. I say, ‘I’m taking this time to create my day and I’m infecting the quantum field. Now if (it) is in fact the observer’s watching me the whole time that I’m doing this and there is a spiritual aspect to myself, then show me a sign today that you paid attention to any one of these things that I created, and bring them in a way that I won’t expect, so I’m as surprised at my ability to be able to experience these things. And make it so that I have no doubt that it’s come from you,’ and so I live my life, in a sense, all day long thinking about being a genius or thinking about being the glory and the power of God or thinking about being unconditional love.
More Joe: I often hear people questioning why it is that what they are intending to create has not manifested. Normally, if you find yourself asking such a question, there are only a few reasons. One is that you’re feeling separate from your creation, and if you’re feeling separate from it, you’re living in lack. This means you’re feeling and living from emotions that are not based in wholeness or gratitude, such as fear, anger, frustration, and so on. More on this in another blog.
This is why it’s so important to do the work every day—to consistently condition your body to the emotion of that future experience or creation. When you successfully do this enough times, you won’t feel separate from your creation and you won’t feel lack. You’ll feel like you’re already connected to it, and this in turn creates more feelings of wholeness. If you understand that you are whole—and that in the state of wholeness the thought of your creation brings it closer to you—then rather than thinking of your creation as something separate from you, it already is a part of you. This is how you begin to create outcomes in your life.
The work is meditation. It is not new. Dr. Dispenza takes us into a new paradigm however. He is inviting us to move from lack to wholeness through his meditations.
