I was lying in bed last night and began thinking about how I could live my life to the fullest extent possible. I first thought about how important my health is. I want to have a long vibrant life filled with all my heart desires. Then other things began to fill my head with a list of what a Positive Place Person could be!
Becoming Vegan was a major shift in my consciousness. If folks just begin to eliminate eating beef, it would be a big help.
Being optimistic has been so vital for many of us. We all get the opportunity to react in whatever way we desire to today’s events. Seeing the world from a place of opportunity rather than challenge, can shift our energy in a wonderful way.
Exercise is so vital to our health in many ways. When we exercise we get so many happy chemicals supporting us. It reduces stress which is the most devastating thing for our overall health. It prevents anxiety and delays cognitive decline. It allows us to live healthier longer.
Being positive allows us to relax more. We can surrender to the Universe and all of its love and allow our lives to unfold in a synchronistic way. We don’t need to always figure everything out about our life. We are not in charge. We get to let go and let God!
Living in a positive way attracts wonderful, magical events to occur in our life. I feel so good when I am surrounded by kind, loving optimistic folks. It gives me hope for our planet!
We are spiritual beings having an amazing journey on this little blue space ship in the midst of creation. Whenever we connect to that eternal place within us, we remember who we are. When we meditate, pray or do something of service for others, we have rediscovered the joy of realizing our divinity!
I encourage everyone to find all the good in your life and live from that place. Being grateful is perhaps the most important element about living from a positive place. When we are thankful for every event in our life, we create space for so much more abundance, joy and love. From my positive heart to yours, Thomas
