Say Yes to Life!
Life is all about choices. Millions of times we get to choose. Often, we just react to circumstances, as they occur without much forethought. When we are in fear, we often say no to life. When we say no to life, we get stuck. Our energy is low and we withdraw. We want to be alone. We make choices that don’t empower ourselves. We say no to life when we worry. We say no to life when we use up our time being busy and not really connecting with our true selves.
If things have not been flowing for you lately, take a moment and look at your choices. Maybe you have unconsciously been saying no to life.
When we say ‘yes’ to life:
We breathe deeply
We laugh a lot
We hug each other
We exercise regularly
We share our deepest feelings
We eat healthy food
We think healthy thoughts
We notice the beauty of everyone and everything
We contribute without thought of reward
We are confident
We listen intently
We ask for what we want
We say no when it doesn’t serve us or other person(s)
We encourage others
We feel powerful
We get aching muscles from smiling a lot
We create circumstances that fulfill our dreams
We surrender and let go
Try saying yes more and see how your life flows.
Say yes to being alive. Yes to life. Yes to your own life. Yes to each year, each day. Yes to each minute.
Imagine that life is whispering yes. Yes to all beings, and yes to you. Everything you’ve said yes to is saying yes to you. Even the things you’ve said no to are saying yes to you!
Each breath, each heartbeat, each surge across a synapse: each one says yes. Yes, all yes, all saying yes.
