Our Story
Moving through life is challenging, to say the least. We make decisions that either support us or limit us in some way. When we make these choices over the years we begin to create patterns that often hinder us. We tell ourselves that this is the truth of who we are. It is totally not who we are.
We believe we are our body, our work, our mind, our brain, our feelings, our thoughts, our ideas, our career, our family, our history. We are none of these. The challenge is we have been told we are all these things and we give them power over us.
So that when we get stuck in any of these attributes or phases or connections of our life we become dis-empowered. We believe our story of our life is us! We are all totally beyond our stories. We have limitless power to create the best kind of life.
