I remember a wonderful scene in the movie “The Family Stone.” One of the characters in the movie tells an uptight person that what they need to do is let their freak flag fly.
It is time for us to let our freak flag fly! Here is the definition: “a characteristic, mannerism, or appearance of a person, either subtle or overt, which implies unique, eccentric, creative, adventurous or unconventional thinking.”
In simplest terms, a freak flag is something that sets you apart from everyone else. Which means we all have one. We are all unique and when we express that divine spark that only we can do and no one else can; we light up the world!
