Kindness
Step over ants,
put worms back in the grass,
rescue baby caterpillars,
release spiders back into your garden,
open windows for bees to fly home,
they are all little souls that deserve a life too!
These thoughts are from Wilder Child
If you want to do something nice for a child.
give them an environment where they can
touch things as much as they want….Bucky Fuller

“The first step in crafting a life you want is to get rid of everything you don’t.” — Joshua Becker
Every day, more stuff comes into our lives: stuff in our houses, stuff on our calendars, stuff on our minds. All that stuff gets in the way of where we really want to go and who we really want to be … it’s time to make a change. From nosidebar.com
The above quotes are for those of us who want to simplify our lives as an act of kindness to ourselves. Most of us have too much stuff in our homes, cars and workplace. Much of it has not been used for months and sometimes years. Not only does it occupy a place in our living spaces; it occupies a place in our minds. When we live more simply, we have more time, money and energy to create the kind of life experience that gives us joy and peace. Let us love ourselves and our environment enough to live simply, reduce our consumption and accumulation of stuff. It is a kind thing to do. From my heart to yours, Thomas
